The Filter Option button allows you to do a more specific query of the files listed in the SmartFolder. The process of using the Filter button for files is similar to filtering tasks.

To Filter Your Files
The filter window has a variety of fields to filter on including file name, owner name, dates, sizes, and/or descriptions. Another option provided is to show only the items which have changed since your last visit to Construction LS.
Once you have entered the query information, press the "Finish" button. The filtered files will appear in your Activity Window.
To temporarily deactivate the filter, uncheck the Apply Filter check box on the toolbar.
To completely remove the filter settings, press the clear button.
