This drop down list provides three options for how to display files in the window.

The All Files option is the default. It shows all the files in the SmartFolder.

Choose the My Files option to show only the files that you are listed as the owner.

The third option, Files As Thumbnail, will change the window to an image browser screen. Each file will have a thumbnail box. Files such as drawing and image files can actually display a preview thumbnail in the box. Other files, such as text documents, cannot produce thumbnails and will have the message “no thumbnail available" in the box.
