Change Properties

 

The Change Properties option is only granted to Master Editors and Administrators. If you have been granted security access to this option, you have the ability to change the SmartFolder name and make security modifications.

To Change the Folder Properties:

  1. Click the Change Properties button in the toolbar. The Change SmartFolder Security window that appears contains the SmartFolder name and the SmartFolder security settings.

  2. To change the name of the SmartFolder, edit the SmartFolder Display Name box.

  3. The next option gives you the ability to disable the sending of all email notifications for actions in this SmartFolder. If the box is checked, no email notifications will be sent.

  4. The remaining fields relate to the security settings for this SmartFolder. Click here for more information about setting security on individual SmartFolders.

  5. When you are pleased with the changes you have made, press the "Finish" button to commit the changes to the server.
