Description:
InQuest Technologies is seeking a senior person to develop a world-class strategic alliances and a partner distribution channel for InQuest's products. The selected candidate must have prior experience in successfully developing and managing an enterprise software partner channel.
Responsibilities:
• Create annual business development action plan
• Pursue business development and alliance activities in target markets
• Develop partner goals and financial strategies
• Impact on -going relationships strategies/technologies
Required Skills and Experience:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent understanding of matching solutions to clients' needs
• Proven ability to build teams of professionals in the face of changing  corporate cultures
• Strong management background, evangelical and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships
• Proven strategic leadership skills and business analysis capabilities
• Ability to gain credibility with executive management inside and outside the  company
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to close services business
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• 8 years progressive experience within the channel sales and business  development in a high technology business with 5 years in management
