Description:
The primary duties of this Inside Telephone Sales Representative are to identify and qualify new sales opportunities across the country. You must be familiar with the business of selling enterprise software solutions, comfortable with talking to both technical and "C" level contacts, and confident in your ability to relay the proper message to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telephone calls (50+/day) to solicit interest and prospect
  customers to purchase our solutions and services. Cold calling is
  expected.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly sales
  goals
• Maintain and build new revenue within an established account base
• Develop proposals and respond to RFP's
• Conduct on-line sales presentations for prospective customers
• Manage the sales funnel through our CRM sales management tool
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a call center environment conducting inside sales,
  outbound sales, or telemarketing is necessary
• Previous non-scripted cold calling experience is a definite plus
• Experience selling enterprise computer software/services to businesses
• Ability to grasp the purpose and benefits of software solutions quickly
• Ability to develop new business
• Proven ability to close deals
• Expert telephone follow up skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Flexible in your approach and able to adapt to rapid change on an ongoing
  basis
• College degree preferred
