InQuest Technologies is seeking a Senior Sales Executive that will be responsible for selling InQuest Technologies' collaboration solutions to enterprise customers in architectural, engineering and construction industries. Reporting directly to the VP Sales, the candidate for this position will function as a remote employee capable of successfully selling in a complex and competitive solution-sale environment.

• Formulating and implementing a target customer sales plan for positive results
• Develop and maintain relationships with "C" level executives within target  enterprise client base
• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales quotas achieving incremental  revenue growth through the new client base
• Development of complex proposals and solutions to enterprise clients
• Listen to customer needs and offer valid solutions to client issues
• Work closely with Sales Engineering/Sales Support team to develop proof  of concept demo's and responses to RFPs
• Offer brief demonstrations of InQuest Technologies' software and solutions
• Develop and maintain a necessary pipeline to ensure sales success
• Cold call into potential customers or assigned target accounts
• Responsible for qualifying opportunities
• Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time

• 5 years AEC industry experience
• 5 years enterprise selling experience
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• At or above quota for last 3 years
• Strong communication and written skills
• Strong problem solving skills
